Very quiet and still in the middle of the city.

Unfortunately renovations were going on. The breakfast buffet was very small.

One of the best hotels to check in either a day or two ahead of your flight near Butuan airport.

Breakfast is always good and important meal of the day. Left our luggages at hotel after check out and returned in the afternoon before our flight at Butuan Airport. They provide shuttle to the airport as well. Great service.

Great Resort with relaxed feel, awesome pool, great staff & restaurant will definitely stay again!!

Really great staff, very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Great swimming pool and music in the restaurant. Buffet Breakfast was very enjoyable by the pool.

First time to see family and friends

Breakfast had a good selection. Finally a place that accepted credit cards.

Dinner was fair, I ordered pasta with Spanish Sardines, it was served with only one cut in half. Service seemed a bit slow.

Its our family’s nth time of stay in the property and Almont Inland shall always be the place to stay every time we are

The property is peaceful and serene despite it located in the middle of the city. The greenery in and around the property gives the guests a perfect get away to unwind and relax. It is place where guests are able to to breathe, smile, and live again to appreciate the beauty of nature. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They really let you feel at home and one with the family.

I hope they could provide an airconditioned dining area especially during summer…

Allows kids but give me my towels

Booking.com is wrong they allow kids. Location is good close to SM mall. Food is just okay and being outside restaurant lots of bugs.

Housekeeping doesn’t put all the towels in the room or sandals. Have to always ask for what should be already in the room. TV is a challenge and difficult to use.

Still a decent place to come

Live about an hour away been here a couple of times now for a break ,decent rooms ,nice pool and decent seating area, friendly staff ,good location a few small problems but on the whole a nice place and if you get the lower price periods a bargain ,around 36 UK pounds a night with breakfast in a deluxe room ,well a good room I wouldn't say deluxe but they are good, they are refurbishing the rooms so will wait for them to be finished,and see how they are .

Bathroom old and tired floor tiles in shower area not clean ,furniture rotting in the bathroom . Breakfast needs improvement , which many point out ,although nice you can have omelette and also pancakes now ,self service coffee would be nice and not have to wait for a waiter to come round and then come back with the milk . ,They had got a conveyor type toaster this visit because before a two slice toaster for all the guests at breakfast !!! ,but the new one didn't work !!!! No choice of juices ,breakfast geared to Filipino naturally but should cater for western guests like me as well there were a few staying there on this occasion . I have taken a pic of the notice that says minimum charge of 500 pesos for stained lined ,find this insulting and totally unnecessary seems a cheap shot to make money ,I mean 500 ?Come on !!!!,my partner owns a laundry and stains are no problem to get out ,so what are they suggesting ,they don't wash sheets unless they have a stain ? It's not a good look almont ,I suggest you drop it !!!!

What was the highlight of Almont Inland Resort

The room was a nice size and fairly clean for the age of the property. Lots of storage and closet space. Staff was friendly and helpful to a degree.

The property only has "TWO" King Beds, both were occupied. The room is poorly lit with several blown bulbs. I reported this upon entering. Issue never fixed. No personal safe. Bath sink barely worked. I had to report issues with the internet and phone three times before it was resolved. Patio doors only have blackout curtains. No sheers to allow for sun light. Menu was limited and "ALL" Filipino food.

What was the highlight of Almont Inland Resort

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our one year old daughter and were surprised about the staff's willingness to help. They even came up with something for our daughter's birthday party. The pool and grounds around are clean and in perfect condition. Airport transfer was well organized and surprising on time.

The furniture was a bit old and sometimes you had to be careful that nothing fell apart. But i have to say that we have chosen the absolute cheapest option of the room. But so far nothing that would keep us from booking another room at the Almont for the next stay.

The beds were comfortable

Our room was right out the back and a very bad path leading to the dining area, On arrival the first room the toilet was blocked and there was no water to the toilet and they said they will fix it the next day leaving us without a toilet so I complained and they gave us another room also the air conditioning was not working. They forgot to leave fresh towels a couple of times , Cockroaches running around the breakfast food area shall I go on

Staff were all courteous and smiling. The grounds were always being cleaned of fallen leaves and other trash. Food was prepared well & tasted delicious. Some of the breakfast offerings were local food and dessert delicacies and went well with the hot tsokolate é.

we like the breakfast and the view. they have bed extensions which make it perfect for group outing.

the property is already old yet still expensive (compared to other new hotels in the city). their room was very dim with very minimal lighting. the electric outlets were already damaged. some rooms are far from the entrance making it very inconvenient to get out from the property.

I like the ambience and theven staffs are very attention welcoming

I don't like the idea that we have to pay the meal for a child that suppose to be complimentary just like the other hotels in the country. .WiFi is poor but hopefully it will be improve on our next visit.The complimentary breakfast this time doesn't have fruits unlike on our previous stayed.

We liked the ambiance of the property, with nice atmosphere. The location was good and back from the main road so you got no noise from the traffic. The staff kept the property clean with ongoing cleaning and tidying of the leaves and any other litter

We were next to a room under maintenance and there was a constant hammering all morning. It took 24 hours to get hot water despite reporting it twice. All else was good and maybe a bit more variation for the food for the European traveler.

I liked leaving

Room was a long walk back to reception/restaurant/pool/bar etc Pool was always over crowded You could order room service but had no menu No safe in room Room was not good aircon was not adequate Food at restaurant was ok quality but overpriced If you are a smoker don stay here its a long walk to the DSA Way too many functions ie weddings/parties taking place and the guests from that spill over and crowd you out I would NOT stay here again

It's price is not same as I booked. Room Air cond is not cold. Extra charge for normal water.

What was the highlight of Almont Inland Resort

The staff were so friendly and helpful with a great attitude. Beautiful setting, pools are kept clean, kids were entertained. The food was delicious- especially the pizza bar! Great value for the money paid. Drinks were a reasonable price too.

We had family local to the resort that came to visit us. A staff member rudely informed us they cannot be here without paying money. We were more than happy to pay to use the facilities so it was unnessesary to come across rude and they were prepared to leave after that. The life guard on duty wasn’t vigilient, another staff member jumped into the water fully clothed to rescue a child underwater. Don’t know what the point of a lifeguard is if they’re not guarding lives.
